The Musical Theater Auditions will be held on the 12th and 13th at the end of school this week. Theater Club will meet on Wednesday until 4:30.
Our 3rd- and 4th-grade students will take the second round of NC Check-ins this week. Math will take place on Tuesday, and Reading on Thursday.
Next Monday is Martin Luther King Jr.'s holiday. There is no school.

We are seeking an Exceptional Children's Teacher for our Self-Contained Classroom. Candidates must hold an EC degree from an accredited university. Complete an application on the Macon County Schools website and contact Ms. Bell at 828-524-2938.
Bus 104 will not run this Thursday and Friday morning. The bus will run in the afternoons.

Our Christmas Spirit Week starts Monday with Candy Cane Day, Tuesday is Christmas Hat Day, Wednesday is Grinch Day, Thursday is Christmas Head to Toe, and Friday is the Night before Christmas, wear your PJs.
Early Dismissal on Friday will start with car riders at 11:15 and bus riders at 11:30.
Students will return from the winter holiday on Tuesday, January 6th, 2026.

We are excited to invite our 3rd and 4th grade parents to join us for our Christmas lunch. Information sheets were sent home before Thanksgiving Break. The cost of the meal is $8.00 per guest. Please reach out to your child's teacher or call the school to inform us if you plan to attend. Our lunch staff need to plan and order a sufficient amount of food.
